OVERALL FOOD REVIEW
To follow my desire to dine in again outside my house, I decided to try out this Japanese meal restaurant. Upon opening the menu, I just learned that there are three types of Japanese cooking methods. Either hot, cold, and dry. The process is different from what I know.
So, I order Japanese hot soba noodles with red tea. Try it for the first time. It tastes so good and, no added preservatives that can make your throat dry. It was different from what I always order to eat during busier times in the day. I highly recommend this one for those recent craving Japanese ramen noodles.
Soba noodles – P150, Spicy Noodles – P150, Red tea P50.00
Food & Beverage: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
My cousin and I stayed for 1 and 40 minutes. I love the whole interior design despite the mini-structure inside. Their combo meals are fantastic. Good value for money! I could say it is has a reasonable price that everyone will agree. As a minimalist advocate, I bring out reusable utensils to use. It is much better to use it to avoid disposable trash that could load up in the landfill. You could also bring your reusable eco-friendly tote bags to secure your belongings and take-out delivery to avoid the carbon footprint.
Their overall menu has a reasonable price which is best for four-person or group orders that happened to have special occasions a month. The general Japan-themed focus restaurant will surely keep on welcoming Japanese food diners and walk-in customers that some up the mood in a long day trip around the place.
Despite being located in an isolated area, it is accessible to the nearest convenience stores, transportation, and commercial malls. The best time to visit the Cafe Dozo is around 1 pm until 4 pm to avoid excessive traffic along the highway.
Lastly, One thing that caught my attention is they are still using plastic for take-out or delivery. I was hoping to change the packaging into paper bags to gain more creditable action for sustainable matters.
